Round 1: A busy and exciting start!
Julius has already demonstrated his capabilities at three major events:
March | CFIA (Rennes) : His very first official outing! The new plate reader went to meet food industry professionals to show them how he can improve food safety. As a bonus, he made a special appearance on French TV news!
April | Analytica (Munich) : Heading to Germany for this major trade fair dedicated to laboratories. The perfect opportunity to give a concrete demonstration of Julius. Did you know he can process up to 700 Petri dishes per hour?
May | Training event : A special internal event to train our distributor network and prepare them to deploy Julius wherever he is needed.
July | IAFP Annual Meeting (New Orleans) : Julius crossed the Atlantic! He successfully demonstrated to an international audience of experts how to solve productivity, precision and traceability challenges in food safety.

Don’t worry, Julius‘s tour is far from over! Our team is hitting the road again this summer to meet you and discuss your challenges in the microbiology laboratory.
Here is the rest of his schedule for the coming months:
- September 9-10 | LabDays (Copenhagen): A major stop in Scandinavia for lab innovation! Alongside our partner Dorte Elegund, we’ll demonstrate how Julius automates Petri dish sorting and reading. Bonus: we will host a conference about the development of AI for microbiology application. Join us on Wednesday the 9th at 1:00 p.m.
- September 22-23 | Farmaforum (Madrid): Spain’s premier event for the lab sector. Together with Deltalab/Equilabo, we’ll highlight how AI-driven plate sorting is transforming routine lab work.
- October 7-9 | SFM – Microbes Congress (Lyon): The must-attend event for French microbiology. Find out, during a presentation at this conference, how AI integrated to Julius answers laboratories’ challenges.
- November | ADILVA National Meetings (Besançon): A focus on food safety and veterinary public health. The perfect opportunity to present this innovation to french public laboratories.
- November 16-19 | MEDICA (Düsseldorf): Julius will unpack his bags at one of the world’s largest medical trade fair to wrap up this 2026 tour.
