The AIRWEL air sampler is a lightweight, compact, and ergonomic device designed for efficient microbiological air sampling at flow rates of 100 or 200 L/min, allowing for faster sampling processes. It accurately directs a calibrated airflow onto 90 mm Petri dishes or contact plates to detect airborne microorganisms. With its antibacterial coating and compliance with standards such as IP65, ISO 14698, ISO 17025, USP 797, USP 116, and EU GMP/GLP, it ensures both safety and reliability in sterile or aseptic environments.
Equipped with cascading password protection, AIRWEL Plus supports full traceability through Bluetooth connectivity, enabling secure transfer of sampling data directly to the Air Sampler tablet or PC software to meet GMP and GLP requirements.
Each unit is supplied with a calibrated stainlesssteel sampling head. Optional accessories, such as disposable dailyuse heads and polycarbonate sampling grids, offer additional flexibility to adapt to different workflows and sampling needs.

For a 1 000 L sample, this means 5 minutes instead of 10, making it easier to complete multiple sampling points in less time. Tests performed with AIRWEL have shown that the higher flow rate does not cause additional agar dehydration or affect microbial recovery, ensuring that results remain reliable and compliant with standards such as EN 17141 and ISO 14698. Made of stainless steel and equipped with a calibrated valve, it regulates the airflow to ensure accurate sampling with the AIRWEL air sampler. Fully autoclavable and compatible with 90 mm Petri dishes or 55 mm contact plates, it provides a practical solution for testing process gases. Used together with AIRWEL, it enables full traceability of sampling data, making it perfectly suited for quality control in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and food production facilities.
