The DILUWEL UP! is a new generation of gravimetric diluters designed to optimize dilutions in microbiology laboratories. Its fast dispensing (up to 225 mL in 12 seconds, 9 seconds in turbo mode) saves significant time without compromising accuracy. It offers homogeneous and reproducible dilution, tailored to laboratory requirements.
The intuitive touch screen allows you to create an unlimited number of programs to suit each protocol. In addition to conventional dilution, the DILUWEL UP! supports fixed volume dosing and the use of concentrated media. It incorporates advanced features such as auto-tare, pre-weighing, and supplement volume management for even smoother sample preparation.
Designed to evolve with your needs, the DILUWEL UP! allows you to connect up to 4 remote “Plug & Play” pumps to dispense different media. Robust and hygienic, it is equipped with a stainless steel rack and an easy-to-clean chassis with rounded edges. In terms of traceability, it offers data export via USB key, ticket printing, and compatibility with Labpage® or a LIMS. Specially designed for applications requiring precise weighings, such as in cosmetics, the DILUWEL UP! Edge guarantees accurate and controlled dilution even for the smallest quantities. It is equipped with a high-resolution scale, a small-diameter dispensing tube, and a precision nozzle with an adjustable dispensing angle for precision work. Its height-adjustable rack can accommodate both jars and bottles, adapting to the variety of containers used in this industry.
