Patented pendular system
The MIXWEL UP! offers more efficient blending thanks to its patented pendular system: it gently delivers up to 70 kg of pressure per paddle. This allows for a recovery rate up to 50% higher than that of conventional blending.
Tested performance
To compare the two types of laboratory blenders available
on the market, we asked ESIAB, an agricultural engineering school,
to carry out a number of tests:
An E. coli strain calibrated at 7.400 cfu is inoculated into “knack” sausages:
a sensitive matrix due to the slippery skin. The sausages
were then ground in both grinders and inoculated into TBX agar.
The MIXWEL pendular system has achieved a recovery rate
50% higher than that of conventional blending.
