MEDIAWEL: prepare your media with complete control
The MEDIAWEL 10, 30, and 50 L culture media preparation systems fully automate the production of your culture media, eliminating time-consuming manual steps such as weighing, autoclaving, and glassware management. Equipped with magnetic stirring system and precise temperature control, they guarantee perfect homogeneity and optimal reproducibility, even with viscous media.
You can program up to 50 customized cycles (temperature, speed, duration, cooling, etc.), with integrated traceability via e-TRACE®, data export in PDF/CSV format, or in real time via Labpage® (PC, tablet, smartphone). Their compact size, 7″ touchscreen that can be used with gloves, and simplified maintenance (no valves, removable tank, quick cleaning) make them ideal for seed laboratories.

DISTRIWEL POLYWEL and DOSYWEL: for accurate and rapid distribution
To support media preparation, Alliance Bio Expertise offers two automated or semi-automated distribution solutions:
DISTRIWEL 440: for dispensing into Petri dishes, up to 440 dishes in 30 minutes, with integrated Peltier cooling, UV disinfection lamp, and ±1 ml accuracy. It is equipped with a touch screen and can be fitted with a printer for dish traceability.
POLYWEL : for dispensing into tubes, vials, or all types of containers, capable of handling up to 1,000 tubes per cycle, with 3D control and automated calibration. This machine guarantees high throughput, with high precision (±0.159 ml) and maximum flexibility: it will adapt perfectly to your specific seed containers, such as trays, for example.
The DOSYWEL UP! peristaltic pump is also the solution of choice for semi-automated distribution of culture media in the seed industry. Thanks to its intuitive touchscreen and multiple distribution modes (manual, automatic, with foot pedal or dosing gun), it enables fast and accurate dosing, with the capacity to dispense 9 ml in just one second, while ensuring excellent volume reproducibility.
